These terms cover your use of the Zivo website and the custom CRM & AI-receptionist services we provide. By booking a call or working with us, you agree to what’s below.
The service
Zivo designs, builds, and supports custom CRM systems and AI receptionist setups for small businesses. Each build is made to order. What’s included, the timeline, and the price are agreed with you before work begins.
Bookings & calls
Requesting a slot on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We’ll reach out to confirm a time that works. Booking a call places you under no obligation to purchase.
Pricing & payment
- Our plan is billed monthly and covers your custom system, hosting, support, fixes, and tweaks.
- Pricing shown on the site is a starting point; your quote is confirmed before any work starts.
- You can cancel anytime. Fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable, but you won’t be charged again after you cancel.
Your data & ownership
The client data inside your CRM is yours. You can export it at any time, including if you cancel. Zivo may access your system to build, fix, or improve it at your request, but the data always stays yours.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information so we can build the right thing.
- Use the system lawfully and only for your own business.
- Keep your login and passcodes private.
Availability
We work hard to keep your system running, but we can’t promise it will be available without interruption. Some downtime may happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Liability
Zivo provides the service “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
