Who we are

What we collect
When you request a call through our booking form, we collect only what you give us:
- Your name
- Your phone number or email address
- The date and time you’d like to talk
- Any notes you choose to add about your business
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data. We don’t collect anything you don’t type into the form.
How we use it
- To contact you and confirm your booking
- To prepare for and follow up on our conversation
- To provide and improve the services you ask us about
Where it’s stored
Booking details are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase), on servers located in Canada. Access is protected and limited to Zivo. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Sharing
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run Zivo (such as our hosting and database providers), and only as needed to operate the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve given us. Just email vera@velise.ca and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
