1) About ZivoAI

ZivoAI provides AI receptionist workflows for service businesses. Features may include inbound call answering, structured lead intake, and dispatch-style notifications to a business owner or manager. Specific features and availability may vary by plan and configuration.

2) Demo Requests & Communications

If you submit a demo request, you authorize ZivoAI to contact you using the information you provide (including by email or phone) to respond to your request and share demo details. You can opt out of communications by replying "STOP" to texts (if applicable) or emailing [email protected].

3) No Emergency Use

ZivoAI is not an emergency service. Do not use the Site or any ZivoAI materials as a substitute for emergency response. If you have an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4) Service Performance

Our goal is to improve call capture and response speed by answering inbound calls and sending a dispatch-style message to the business owner/manager. Because outcomes depend on factors outside our control (call volume, staffing, pricing, service area, and customer decisions), we don't guarantee specific revenue, lead counts, or conversion results.

5) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, branding, demos, and templates, is owned by ZivoAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. You also agree not to submit false information through forms.

7) Third-Party Services

ZivoAI may reference or rely on third-party tools and providers (e.g., telephony, messaging, scheduling, hosting). ZivoAI is not responsible for third-party services and their availability or terms.
